From just over the river in New Hampshire, York has been my home since 1980 with a recent move to Portsmouth. With 30 years of experience selling Real Estate in Maine and New Hampshire, I’ve seen huge changes in the way business is conducted. What remains the same is my dedication to achieving my client’s goals. The process still involves educating my clients about the market, listening to their needs and guiding them through the process with every tool available.

My recent move to Keller Williams Coastal Realty has been so invigorating! This company offers so much support to keep me at the top of my game and my clients reap the benefits!

I received my GRI designation “Graduate of the Realtor Institute” early in my career, as I have always believed that ‘knowledge is power’. Buyers and sellers who put their trust in me with sale for the purchase of their home deserve the BEST! I am proud to bring my Senior Real Estate Specialist designation and expertise to serve my maturing clients.  I am Member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and also have my Certified Luxury Home Marketing designation.

Giving back to my community is an important part of my life – I am a member of The Museums of Old York, The York Land Trust, Historic New England, and Strawbery Bank Museum.  I have enjoyed mentoring students at the York Schools.  Ending 68 Hours of Hunger is a cause dear to my heart.  I recently retired from the Board of the York Community Service Association as the Vice President after my 6-year term came to an end.

I am thoughtfully growing a team, “Nola & Associates”, made up of like-minded real estate agents who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to the clients who entrust us with their business.
